Cathy Kelley earned her Real Estate license in 2003 and began her career at Stark and Company in St. Charles, IL.   She loves the St. Charles/Geneva area and is proud to call it home.   Cathy has been in involved with the St Charles Chamber.  She helped to build floats for the St Charles Homecoming Electric Light Parade, volunteered for behind the scenes activities for the parade, built and entered several scarecrows for Scarecrow Fest over the years, volunteered multiple years at the St Charles Riverfest from costume characters, to Lincoln Park coordinator, to Main stage support.  In 2013 Cathy actively collected Jewelry to be sold at the American Legion Hall in Geneva during Festival of the Vine, to benefit Anderson Animal Shelter who for years has maintained it’s no kill policy and provides peace of mind for those who have needed to give their pets up for adoption, due to losing their home or other causes.

Cathy was voted Best Realtor 2012 and received the Readers Choice Award from Suburban Life Publications.   Cathy also received the Five Star Realtor Award in multiple years running since 2014.
